donated are tax deductible to a 501( c ) 3 non profit
organization.
Volunteers for-
grounds keeping, maintenance, new construction projects,
restoration projects, equipment operators, architectural
& engineering services, historical specialty services
or abilities, demonstrators, tour guides, hosts, gift
shop workers, special events help, bands and musicians.
Occasionally needed Equipment-
we need the use of skid steers, backhoes, bulldozers,
excavators, dump trucks, semi trucks & trailers.
To keep the grounds in good condition, continue the
construction of the village, setting up for special
events.
Needed Equipment &
Tools to be donated- Tractor or zero
turn type riding mowers, push mowers, weed eaters, Gator
type four wheeler, golf carts, mortar mixer, construction
storage type trailers or box trailers, most any kind
of maintenance or construction type tools or equipment.

Fundraising
Event Items- Picnic tables, large or
easy up type tents, folding tables & chairs, large
stereo / public address system(sound system), large
grills, concession type equipment, changeable copy signs,
bleachers.
Antique Equipment-
displays or furnishings- Most any type of antique equipment
or tools used for milling or in an historic village.
Most any type of antique furnishings for our buildings
in our village, glass display cases. |

Materials-
Most any kind of new construction materials, most any
kind of historic restoration materials. Foundation stones,
stone for fireplaces, log structures, logs to be sawn,
slate shingles, antique windows, doors, historic architectural
pieces.
Historic Structures-
We are starting construction of an historic village.
We would consider the donation of most buildings to
be moved to our site, preferably from early 1800’s
to around 1900.
